The revised Law of the Housing Law and Law on Land that allows the Vietnamese residing abroad to buy and own houses in Vietnam formally takes effect on July 1st, 2015. On this occasion, Novaland Corp. has been implementing a program named "first 100 apartments welcome Vietnamese overseas and foreigners".
Located at the golden position of the city, in District 2, District 7, 6 and Tan Binh District, 4 golden projects will attract foreigners and Vietnamese overseas, thanks to quite a few special facilities and reasonable prices.
The program also provide many special offers such as: lease commitments equivalent to 8% in the first year and management services during interior finishing. Novaland also committed to reimburse the purchase money plus interest if the customer has not satisfied the product within one month.
