Connecting the natural resources and environment data with ministries, branches and localities

The data of the natural resources and environment sector will be linked with information systems, databases of ministries, branches and localities. That is the goal of the Project on completion of the database of natural resources and environment, which has just been approved by the Prime Minister.

The project strives to complete by 2025 the platform for governance, integration, connection, integration, sharing and exploitation of resource and environmental data, providing knowledge products for state management agencies, businesses and people through modern and online communication channels.

100% of the national database on natural resources and environment, creating an e-Government platform, has been completed, connected and shared nationwide. 80% of databases specialized in natural resources and environment have been completed, ensuring safety and security, providing public services to people and businesses; creating environment and conditions for businesses, organizations, individuals and communities to investigate, survey, measure, observe, receive and develop digital data infrastructure, and provide services case number ... on natural resources and environment.

The objective of the project is to complete the digital resource foundation in terms of natural resources and environment with modern technology solutions, ensure information safety and security, provide sufficient basic input data, necessary for digital government, digital economy, digital society, smart city; in service of the Government's and Prime Minister's direction and administration, changing working methods, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management, professional expertise; provide prompt, high-quality public services on natural resources and the environment; to create an open data system of the Government of the natural resources and environment sectors, contributing to socio-economic development, ensuring national security and defense.

To accomplish the above objectives, the Project offers specific tasks such as: Building and completing a legal corridor to serve the acquisition and creation; management, connection and comprehensive sharing of digital resources about natural resources and the environment; building platforms for administration, integration, connection, connection, sharing, exploitation and use of data on natural resources and the environment; building and completing the database of resources and environment, ensuring connection, connection, provision and sharing of data; upgrading and building information technology infrastructure.
