Along with the sponsorship proposal, the South Korean delegation introduced the "School 3.0 - Educational Digital Transformation" model, which has been applied in over 30 countries and regions. The model connects electronic libraries, digital learning materials, online training platforms, and management systems. The two sides discussed the possibility of integrating these solutions with the University's existing infrastructure.

Representatives from the Faculty of Information Technology, the Luong Dinh Cua Information - Library Center, and the VNUA Publishing House discussed usage demand and implementation conditions with the delegation.

The two sides also considered the possibility of reducing Microsoft Office licensing costs through online tools or alternative software, taking into account compatibility with professional work and user support capabilities.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Cong Tiep, Vice President of the Vietnam National University of Agriculture, stated that VNUA focuses on applying technology in teaching, research, and knowledge transfer to enterprises. The Faculty of Information Technology is one of the core units, having expanded international cooperation to access technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and automation.

The University proposed that the two sides continue discussing the reception of student interns, employment connections, scholarship support, collaborative research, and the sharing of technology solutions. VNUA is ready to arrange a specialized team, facilities, and connect units to implement appropriate activities.

On this occasion, the Vietnam National University of Agriculture introduced its training, research, and cooperation orientations.
