The revised Law of the Housing Law and Law on Land that allows the Vietnamese residing abroad to buy and own houses in Vietnam formally takes effect on July 1st, 2015. On this occasion, Novaland Corp. has been implementing a program named "first 100 apartments welcome Vietnamese overseas and foreigners".
