Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Decision 1039/QĐ-TTg dated September 24, 2024, completing the members of the National Steering Committee for implementing Vietnam's commitments at the 26th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP26 Steering Committee).

According to the Decision, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha is the Deputy Head of the COP26 Steering Committee. Completing the members of the COP26 Steering Committee, including: Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Do Duc Duy (Standing Member); Minister of Justice Nguyen Hai Ninh (Member).

This Decision took effect from the date of signing and promulgation (September 24, 2024).
