The Chairmen of the People's Committees of wards and communes delayed in implementing the land statistics must bear responsibility before the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
In addition, the Dong Nai Department of Agriculture and Environment will monitor and urge localities to implement the 2025 land statistics within their jurisdictions. Concurrently, it must submit all documents, data, and products fully, on time and meeting quality regulations; and consolidate the land statistics results to be sent to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment before March 30, 2026.
According to the Dong Nai Department of Agriculture and Environment's report, as of March 11, 2026, 12 communes and wards had not submitted their land statistics results online through the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment's TKKK software. Furthermore, 47 communes and wards had submitted their results online but had not delivered the physical submissions to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, affecting the progress of data consolidation and the drafting of the provincial-level land statistics report.
To ensure product quality and the submission deadline for Dong Nai province's land statistics as requested, the Department of Agriculture and Environment recommended that the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee issue a written directive to the People's Committees of Long Ha, Thuan Loi, An Loc and Chon Thanh communes and wards to urgently and strictly implement and submit the 2025 land statistics results.
The communes and wards of Bom Bo, Phu Ly, Tan An, Xuan Dong, Phuoc Binh, Ho Nai, Long Khanh and Phuoc Tan must urgently contact the Department of Land Management for support to complete their submissions on the TKKK software. The remaining communes and wards must urgently submit their land statistics results (in both digital and paper formats) so the Department of Agriculture and Environment can cross-check the online submitted data and consolidate the provincial-level land statistics results.
