On this basis, Da Nang proposed working with Dagan Group to apply high technology in crop production and aquaculture, develop green production models, promote the circular economy, and reduce emissions. In particular, the city hopes the group will explore implementing a pilot high-tech agriculture project suited to local production conditions.

Alongside investment cooperation, Da Nang is focusing on workforce training and transferring advanced agricultural technologies, particularly automation solutions for production. The cooperation aims to help businesses, cooperatives and farmers access new technologies, improve productivity, conserve resources and reduce production costs.

The city also proposed that Dagan Group connect international investors, businesses and experts to explore and implement high-tech agriculture projects, gradually establishing value chains that link production with processing and product distribution.
