From January 11, 2021, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment will apply new regulations on promulgating the process and economic-technical norms for building, maintaining and operating the information system of natural resources and environment.
Specifically, according to the Circular No. 14/2020/TT-BTNMT of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the process and economic-technical norms for building, maintaining and operating the information system of natural resources and environment Including: Building software to support management, exploitation and operation of the database of the natural resources and environment sector; Maintain and operate information system of natural resources and environment sector; Checking and accepting software to support the management and exploitation of the database of natural resources and environment sectors; inspect and accept the maintenance and operation of the information system of natural resources and environment sector.
In addition, the system software is classified into 03 groups based on the following influencing factors: Service software group; Infrastructure software group; Security software group, confidential. The existing management object, in case the software is expanded or upgraded, if there is any change when building the software, it will be determined as a partial inheritance. If there is no change, it is determined to be completely inherited.
