On April 8, the National Assembly approved the Deputy Prime Ministers, Ministers, and other members of the Government for the 2026 - 2031 term, following a proposal by Prime Minister Le Minh Hung.
Accordingly, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung submitted to the National Assembly the proposed structure and number of Government members, along with the list of nominees for Deputy Prime Ministers, Ministers, and other Government positions. After deliberation, the National Assembly adopted the structure through an electronic voting system, conducted a secret ballot to approve the appointments, and passed the relevant resolution.

Photo: Khuong Trung.The results of the vote to adopt the Resolution approving the Prime Minister’s proposal on the appointment of Deputy Prime Ministers for the 2026 - 2031 term are as follows: 485 delegates participated in the vote (accounting for 97% of the total number of National Assembly deputies), of whom 484 voted in favor (96.30% of the total), and 1 delegate did not vote (0.20% of the total).
Accordingly, the list of Deputy Prime Ministers for the 2026 - 2031 term includes: Pham Gia Tuc; Phan Van Giang; Pham Thi Thanh Tra; Ho Quoc Dung; Nguyen Van Thang; and Le Tien Chau.
The vote to adopt the Resolution approving the Prime Minister’s proposal on the appointment of Ministers and other members of the Government for the 2026 - 2031 term yielded the following results: 481 delegates participated in the vote, with all 481 voting in favor (accounting for 100% of delegates present and 96.20% of the total number of National Assembly deputies).

Regarding the vote to adopt the Resolution approving the proposal of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court on the appointment of Justices of the Supreme People’s Court, the results were as follows: 488 delegates participated in the vote, with all 488 voting in favor (accounting for 100% of delegates present and 97.60% of the total number of National Assembly deputies).
