Ms. Nguyen Thi Lam Giang, Director of the Department of Innovation, Green Transformation and Industrial Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade) affirmed that the success of the Project "Promoting the Investment Market for Energy Saving and Efficiency" is a clear demonstration of the effective cooperation between the Government of Vietnam and the Republic of Korea. The project has supported the implementation of feasibility studies on energy efficiency investments in enterprises, and the development of institutional and policy frameworks to attract investment in this sector. Communication and training activities have also contributed to raising public awareness of green growth and sustainable development.

Mr. Lee Byung Hwa - Country Director of KOICA in Vietnam - emphasized that the project has implemented intensive training programs on energy saving, and at the same time shared valuable experiences from Korea in building efficient energy models. In particular, the project has contributed to the formation of research and solutions to reduce energy consumption in key industries such as steel, cement, paper and textiles, thereby expanding investment opportunities in the field of energy saving in Vietnam.
